Terms and Conditions of Sale


Products: means the goods offered for sale and described on the Site.

Site: means the web domain tiki.it and all subdomains connected to it. Any links inserted within the pages of the Site which refer to sites external to tiki.it for which the Seller is not responsible are excluded.

Order / Contract: means the Purchase Order by which the Customer authorizes the Seller to deliver the goods ordered at the pre-established sales price.

Order Confirmation: means the EMAIL with which the seller confirms the purchase order placed by the Customer through the Site.

Consumer / Customer: these terms mean any natural person who makes purchases for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out.

Salesperson: “Tiki”, “we” and “the Seller” means the company TIKI Srl, with headquarters in Piazza Garibaldi, 80 80142 Naples – Italy VAT number 08923221215.

You: means you, our Customer.

These Conditions of Sale indicate the terms and conditions that will apply to the purchase of Products through the Site. Please read the Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an Order. When placing an Order through the Site, confirming that you have read and accepted the Conditions of Sale, you declare that you unconditionally accept the conditions and terms specified below.

To be able to make purchases through the Site, the Consumer must possess the legal age (18 years) and the ability to act, which the Consumer declares to possess.

The purchase of Products on the Site is reserved exclusively for consumer customers. The term "Consumer" means any natural person who makes purchases for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out.

Persons who are not Consumers are invited not to execute purchase orders. If one or more sales are made to a person who does not qualify as a Consumer, these Conditions will apply but, in derogation of what is provided in the same:

a) the Professional will not be granted the right of withdrawal;

b) the Professional will not be able to benefit from the guarantee on the Products;

c) the Professional will not be granted any other protections, provided herein in favor of the Consumer, which reflect or comply with mandatory provisions of the law;

d) the sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Professional will be governed by Italian law, with the exclusion of the 1980 Vienna Convention.

In these Terms of Sale, “TIKI”, “we” and “the Seller” means the company TIKI Srl, with headquarters in Piazza Garibaldi, 80 80142 Naples – Italy VAT number 08923221215, and “You” means You, our Customer.

Capitalized terms used in these Terms of Sale shall have the meaning set forth below in the “Definitions” section of this document.

These Conditions of Sale, together with Your Order Confirmation, represent the contract for the supply of Products between Us and You. No other conditions or terms will apply. The Contract may not undergo any changes, except those that we may agree in writing or by email.

A copy of these Terms of Sale may be stored electronically or printed by all users of our Site.

Any communication from the Consumer connected and/or related to the purchase of the Products - including any reports, complaints, requests concerning the purchase and/or delivery of the Products, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, etc. – must be sent to the Seller at the addresses and in the manner indicated on the Site and to the email address shop@tiki.it.


The characteristics of the products sold on the Site are described within the same. The Products are sold according to the Conditions of Sale published on the site at the time the Order is sent by the Consumer Customer, excluding any other conditions or terms.

The Seller undertakes to make every reasonable effort to ensure that the prices and information relating to the Products for sale on the Site are updated and correct. However, it is not guaranteed or guaranteed that every product will be available for purchase through the Order.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the information regarding the Products displayed on the Site at any time and without notice regarding the description, availability or prices of any Product for which you have received an Order Confirmation.

Changes to these Conditions of Sale will apply exclusively to sales made from that date.


The Products are offered to the public on the Site. The Customer selects the product and to make the purchase places it in the virtual cart using the "add to cart" button. Once the virtual cart is opened, the Customer will select "go to checkout". The Consumer will be invited to register on the Site, providing the requested data, or to log in, if the Consumer is already registered, or to provide his/her data in order to complete the order and allow the completion of the contract. The Consumer will also be asked to choose the shipping method and payment method from those available. After sending the Order in the manner set out above, the Consumer will receive from the Seller, at the email address declared by the Consumer to the Seller at the time of registration on the Site or when transmitting the Order if the Consumer is not registered. to the Site, an Email accepting the Order itself containing the summary of the order placed and the description of the characteristics of the Product ordered. If payment is made by credit card, the purchase amount will be charged exclusively at the time of transmission of the next Order Confirmation from the Seller to the Consumer.


The Seller guarantees the Customer that the Products will be free from design and material defects, as well as compliant with the descriptions published on the Site, for a period of 2 years starting from the date of delivery of the same to the Consumer, pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 44/99/EC and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”. The application of any guarantee is excluded in the event of use or washing of the Product that does not comply with that of the Product itself and with the relevant instructions/warnings provided by the Seller and/or the Owner, or reported in the illustrative reference documentation, on the tags or in labels. The Customer has the obligation to report any defects and non-conformities no later than 2 (two) months from discovery, under penalty of forfeiture of this guarantee, by sending an email to shop@tiki.it.


The Consumer declares to be informed that all trademarks, names, as well as any distinctive sign, denomination, image, photograph, written or graphic text used on the Site or relating to the Products are and remain the exclusive property of and/or its assignees, without the Consumer being entitled to any rights over the same from access to the Site and/or from the purchase of the Products. The contents of the Site may not be reproduced, either in whole or in part, transferred by electronic or conventional means, modified, or used for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Seller.


Each sales contract concluded between the Seller and Consumers pursuant to these Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian laws and in particular by the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. In any case, any rights attributed to Consumers by mandatory provisions of law in force in the latter's State will be reserved. In all other cases the parties declare the jurisdiction of the Court of Naples.



The Customer will be able to pay for the Order through various methods listed below: PayPal.


By choosing the Paypal payment method (www.paypal.com) the customer can pay directly via his Paypal account. The Seller reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal. We would like to remind our new customers that the Seller can ask their bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the Customer's Bank. The Seller reserves the right to ship the Order only to the billing address unless otherwise specified.


The prices of the Products on sale on the Site are expressed in Euros and Dollars. They may be subject to change without notice. Changes are effective only for Orders not yet sent on the date of the change. Orders placed on the Site are shipped via DHL courier from our main office in Italy. It may be the case that some products are shipped with another courier depending on needs. The items are shipped within 5 days, from Monday to Friday, starting from the Order confirmation. No shipments are made on public holidays. The price of the products may vary based on the location from which the order is placed and confirmed. If the shipping address differs from the geographical area from which the order was confirmed, Tiki will contact the customer to communicate any price differences.

The customer will be informed of the difference to be paid to confirm the order. In case of no response within 8 days or in case of impossibility of contact, the order will be cancelled.

As required by customs procedures, all shipments directed to countries outside the European Union are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the individual items.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with TIKI Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the client.

Returns and Replacements

TIKI Srl intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must be made by 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods upon communication to our email address shop@tiki.it and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. The customer service is available to customers for any clarification.


TO) - To request authorization for a return or exchange, the Customer must send a request to the address shop@tiki.it by 14 days from receipt of the goods. The codes of the items you intend to return or the order number must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, the customer service of TIKI Srl will send the Customer a confirmation with the specifications to follow.

B) – The shipping cost for the return, if carried out according to the instructions received, will be borne by TIKI Srl only for returns that will depart from the territory of the Italian state.

To send to TIKI Srl one or more returns, the Customer is required to respect the following conditions:

A) – The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

B) – The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately. 

C) – All labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

D) – The goods to be returned must be delivered to the courier who TIKI Srl will indicate in the return instructions no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. Delivery to a courier other than the one indicated will not give the right to a free return. 

E) – The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item can forward the return procedure and place a new order or can contact the address shop@tiki.it and report all his needs.

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, tiki.it reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: TIKI Srl is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same. All returned items will be inspected by tiki.it staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. TIKI Srl reserves the right to assess charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.


If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by crediting the credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) by crediting PayPal (if the order was paid with PayPal.
